Simple Steps to Protect Your Feet This Summer

Summer is almost around the corner. The body suffers from weather fluctuations at this time of year. Arms and feet begin to get dry and browned. The heels begin to crack. Summers mock the beauty of our bodies. As a result, it is critical to maintain and care for it.
Our feet are normally covered with socks and shoes during the winter, but now that summer has here, our feet will be exposed to dust and sun, which may cause them to become dull and damaged. Follow these basic guidelines to keep them safe.

Exfoliate
Using a pumice stone, exfoliate the feet. At least twice a week, clean your feet with a stone foot scraper. Then, when you've finished showering, nurture them with cream, cucumber, or aloe vera moisturiser. Remember to moisturise between your toes.

Make use of high-quality nail polishes.
Use colorful nail polishes if you want your nails to stand out. However, inexpensive and low-quality nail polishes should be avoided because they might cause toenail damage.

Shared footwear should be avoided.
Just as we maintain separate towels and underwear for ourselves, it is as necessary to keep our footwear separate. You can share your slippers once in a while, but you should avoid doing so on a regular basis. Do not wear other people's socks or share socks with them. It aids in the prevention of infection and the health of the foot.

Look for perspiring feet.
If you sweat a lot, try wearing socks that help your feet get oxygen. It is preferable to avoid covering your feet entirely to reduce odour, but if you must, wear cotton socks. Also, after removing your shoes and socks, always clean them with soap and water.

Wear loose-fitting shoes.
Tight footwear reduces blood flow to the feet, causing blisters and putting strain on the heels. Choose shoes that allow your feet to breathe adequately for proper blood circulation.
