Rep as needed until the inflammation goes away. 5. Face mask with turmeric and chickpeas Chickpeas, coconut, and cucumber, the three Cs in this mask, are all relaxing and restorative for our skin. You'll also benefit from turmeric's anti-inflammatory and brightening properties when you add it in. If the paste is too thin, you can add extra flour. Apply the mask to your face in an equal layer. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes, but not until the paste has dried. Rinse well with warm water. It creates two applications.
